We request our customers to check their orders carefully when delivered and report any damages/shortages immediately
In case of any damage, kindly inform within 1 days of receiving delivery otherwise your complaint will not be taken into consideration and customers will also have to send the uncut video of the damaged product as proof via Email or WhatsApp
Refund Policy
Refund process initiates once products are received at its origin.
Items purchased through credit card/debit card/net banking [full invoice amount including taxes] will be paid to the respective bank/credit card account or, Customer can opt for a coupon of the same Value and he/she can use this in next order.
In the case of COD orders, Bank account details to be provided and the transfer will be reflected within 7 working days.
